Visit our easy-to-use online claims portal, powered by Robin Assist.

Important: you will need your Policy Number and Date of Birth to start a new online claim or check the status of an existing claim.

Click submit and our claims team will be notified immediately.


Our claims team will review your claim and contact you with any questions.

If we need more information to assess your claim, we'll reach out to you directly via the email or phone number associated with the policy.

  • Payable Claim: If your claim is approved, we’ll confirm your claim payment has been initiated.
  • Not Payable: If not, we'll discuss the findings with you and provide the opportunity to appeal or submit additional information.
